Events/Fundraisers

Here's your chance to help save the planet and make money for your organization. GreenMouse Recycling works with non-profit organizations, including schools and churches, to help generate funds from recycling electronic waste. We share with you a percentage of the profits generated from your event, provided a minimum of 100 families and/or businesses participate in your event.

We provide a variety of marketing resources to publicize your event, such as posting your event on our website, as well as other community websites. However, to maximize our efforts, we ask that your organization help with the advance distribution of flyers, e-mail, contacting businesses and other effective means of “getting the word out” to your community.  We require a minimum of 4 weeks in advance to prepare for your event.

On the day of your event, GreenMouse Recycling will provide 3-4 employees, pallets, gaylords (boxes), a pallet jack, and truck to collect, sort and remove the electronic waste from the event site. All electronic waste will be transported to a state-approved facility for processing. Within a period of 5 working days, we will provide you with the weight by category of all e-waste collected. Televisions and monitors will generate the majority of funds raised.

To schedule an event for your special cause or organization, contact evelyn@greenmouse.com or call (408) 715-7891.
